Fantastic gym, loved it since it first opened. They have such a variety of classes to suit everyone, Michael and Emmett are both very welcoming and always there to keep you motivated. I have met great friends at the gym and love being a member.

I hated exercise until I started training at Est.28. I’m far from a natural athlete however, the support from the coaches is unbelievable. This is not your typical gym environment… you get friendly faces, great tunes and feel right at home!
